Terms & Conditions: To rent a scooter, you must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver's license presented at the time of rental. You must present a major credit card to make an imprint for a $100.00 damage deposit per scooter or a cash deposit of $500.00 per scooter. All liability falls strictly on the renter for any theft, damages or injury to himself or others. You must follow the laws of the road while on the scooter. By law, passengers and or drivers under the age of 20 must wear a helmet while riding on scooters. Passengers must be positioned behind the driver while riding on scooters and able to reach the foot pegs. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the signature of a legal parent or guardian. No learners permits. Payment can be made by cash or credit card. |
We are happy to provide instruction for first time riders. We also offer free email photos to our rental customers. Our goal is for our customers to have a memorable experience renting our scooters. Our mission statement is simple NICE DOES MATTER! |
